Notification pop up style not showing. | Galaxy M02s

Hi, my Notification pop up style setting is not showing. I tried to look everywhere around YouTube on how to show it but only thing I saw is "How to change Notification pop up style on Galaxy M02s" They showed me proof that it's the same phone and showed me on how to change it but on my phone there is nothing like that. I looked everywhere and seems like everyone is having the same issue.

I was hoping to get more information about this.

Please tell me anything that will help.

Galaxy M02s running Android 10 OS and it does not have notification pop up style option
But you can still manage notification for individual apps.

Yes but this feature is not available in Galaxy M02s.
