Suddenly on 2nd January 2024 a green line appeared in the display of my M52 5G. Very disappointing. My phone is in brand new condition. I bought it on 30/10/2021. But now the service center is asking Rs.8,900/- for display and Rs.600/- courier charges. That means I have to spend Rs.9,500/- for it. So I decided I will never ever buy Samsung mobiles or Samsung products. And tell my friends and whoever I meet not to buy from Samsung any thing. Because only the brand name is not enough if the quality is bad plus no service. So very disappointing. This was my first buy from Samsung and unfortunately it has turned to be the last ever from Samsung. So buy Samsung.

My M52 has 15 green lines. Samsung refuses to replace the screen for me and other users as well even though this is a defective model that was released without adequate testing. Lesson Learnt: Don't ever buy a Samsung product again. We all learn it the hard way. Samsung is the worst.

Well, I got a free Display repare for M52 inspite of having out of warranty. Mail in gmail, talk to them through phones. Ask them repeatedly to raise a complain till it reaches higher teams

The higher team told me that it has to be repaired on payment. No free replacement will be given. There is no policy since it is out of warranty.

I want to know 1 thing. The green line issue is whose fault, Customers fault or Samsung company's fault? This issue is due to a software update, which was pushed by Samsung. 3 years contract for software update, and under that contract, if something happens to the handset, it is also the responsibility of Samsung company automatically. How can you say that it is out of warranty. Don't try to fool the customer.
