Almost same features.

I would say RAM doesn't matter. It's the processor that matters. I used M34 5G 6gb ram variant and When I bought the 8gb ram variant. It's like the same. Except you get no lags and can open more apps in the background and more storage In the 8gb variant. Hope this helps.
