Green Line On Galaxy M52 5g

After days of June 15 software update, I faced a dim vertical line on the middle screen of my phone. Which was quite difficult to identify. After a close look it was noticeable. Due to which I couldn't take my phone to Customare care. Now yesterday while scrolling down my phone screen a sudden green line appeared on my screen. There is no physical damage nor it fell down from my hand. The 2nd time contact with customer support I was suggested to generate a jobsheet from Customer Service Centre. I did so Which charged me rs177. My phone is out of service (2 years old) and the issue raised due to software update. As I has no fault, i don't think a paid service worth rs 7100 is justified.

This kind of negligence from a global trusted brand like Snamsung is unsatisfactory.

Hence, I request the authority to take a strict action.

Same thing is happening with my m52 model. Moreover customer care are saying we can't do anything you need to pay and repair your screen. I don't think this kind of behavior and negligence was expected from a reputed company. They are not even bothering to address their side of problem and to solve it for us.
