Freeze and bootloop

I thought this is going to be my best phone ever until this update came in between and ruin my ambitions. I request Samsung to fix the update issue. Don't ignore us else you are going to loose a vast number of customers. 

Samsung Galaxy M31 

Phone restarts continuously and sometimes stucks on loopscreen. I had done hard reset but nothing happened. Only two days my phone worked normally and again the same issue started again. 

I am a normal user i don't play any games or anything and still facing this issue. I request you all to raise complain against Samsung.

In the end I'm going to file a sue case against Samsung.
