Regarding the freeze and bootloop in M series and A series

Guys those who are not facing any problem in M series and A series, I suggest you people not to update anything from OTA updates till the problem is resolved. Also do not update he android system webview app in playstore. 

Let's see if samsung comes out with a solution for the same.

My M31 is working fine, but scared already seeing all the complaints of the people. First I thought it was an user specific issue but now I realise it's a genuine issue faced by many users.

I don't know how this is really happening ..
If this is a software update issue then all the users who updated should be also affected ..
here not all are affected but this issue happened to people only after updating the phone ..

If this is due to some unstable network while downloading update ..
Then how last 1year those people updated it without this like issues and how other users even done it ..
I have no idea what could be the reason ..

I updated my phone but I'm not facing any big issue except the fact that battery drains faster, hope Samsung will fix it. Yes unstable network while updating may be the reason for this freeze issue.

Yes. This is mystery. I download with unstable 3G network. But I haven't faced this issue anytime. Some users who faced this issue said that they have downloaded with highly stable wifi network.

If the reason is unstable network then there are many who downloaded in unstable network and didn't face any issues ..
If it is a software problem then all the users who updated will have these issues...
The reason behind this issues is still unknown ..
Y Samsung india is not investigating about it

My M31 is also working fine. Yes, the September update is buggy but don't know whether the freeze and restart problem is due to software update.

Only issue I am facing is my phone overheats while performing simple tasks also. I can feel the warmth on my fingers and its really bad.
