Please solve this issue. 

We are filing a petition against Samsung for this Scam.

Don't change motherboard. For some users who faced this issue, they have not changed motherboard and after 1-2 months, this problem is gone from their phones automatically.

Yes, it may fix this issue.
Try factory reset. Make sure to backup your data.

I had done both hard reset as well as reset.
