Facing problems in M31s

Hi samsung user's. I am Rahil Jamadar i am using M31s and i have purchased the mobile on 12 nov 2020 when i start using mobile in first two months i didn't face any problems but yes at that time some apps like samsung music, s secure i have to install but when i tap on install thereafter it shows your device isn't compatible with this device also another problem when someone call me and then i receive call sometimes mobile gets hanged for 2 to 3 hours or sometimes notifications doesn't shows on lock screen of missedcalls or whatsapp then i go to service center to say my problems they tell me wait some time android 11 is coming for your mobile also update your mobile then you will not face this problem again. And then i update Android 11 i try to install samsung music or s secure then aap gets installed but the problem that i said above like in receiving call or notifications still i am facing these problems i am aslo posting screen shots check out and reply me if someone is facing these problems like me.

Most probably your problem is related to trucaller dialer and phone dialer settings disturbance.

Did u try to reset your phone if it didn't work you should format once after takingback up. Every problem will get solved.
