I am facing display problem in samsung m31s after April month update installed.

In my M31s, there was a black screen after the samsung galaxy m31s logo, so I went to the service center and asked me Rs 6000 to change the display. This display problem occurred after installing the April month update. SAMSUNG COMPANY 💔 MY TRUST.

You can also get free replacement if your smartphone name is not in list But you'll have to follow some steps and that will took more patience and time.

Capture a picture of your smartphone and post on twitter with proper explanation and tag Samsung and Samsung India.
After wait for sometime, you will be asked to share your contact info in message after that one of member will directly coordinate with you.
He will ask you to submit your snartphone to service centre and they can't refuse. service center will dignose your smartphone and send the report to Samsung. After your phone's display would be replaced free of cost.

It may take around 15 days

Let it bootloop and if it gets power off everytime after bootloop than turn it on again and do this until it starts up and I have experienced in my devices too it's normal it because of a malware attacking the device the malware is detected by the new security patch and being removed by the phone so let it remove the malware it is not probably bootlooping because of software updates
