Exynos 9611 one of the robust mid range processor of 2020-21 phones . Performance was good . Many people are complaining on the auto restart issue which is related to motherboard failure ! .. Any one among you facing this issue. If so ! What was the response from company! . Had any one repaired the chip which is responsible for motherboard issue .
No one got free replacement of motherboard. Everyone is searching chance to promote channel ,so don't expect from Samsung. My M31 is dead because of faulty motherboard supply by Samsung. I have all done,Samsung CEO mail etc . Only formality. Nothing in favor of customer. I lost 16 thousands in only 14 months of uses of Samsung faulty phones batch supply to INDIA.

Some phones with Exynos 9611 i.e A51, M31s,M31 etc .. also reported such issue . Not all phones, certain phones manufactured during certainly period ! Say 2021 !
