Dear Samsung Team,
This is in context with M33 5G phone.
Owe the reason to your exynos processor, jio networks or to cheap hardware accomplished after promoting 12 5G band in your ads and hoardings.
Reality is this : In NCR ,i go from home to market.During billing using samsung pay always i get an error "Switch on to mobile network".Then toggling on off to mobile network also doesnot work. Finally i close the payment app which could be paytm or samsung pay or any. Then i toggle airplane mode as a result of which situation gets improved for better and finally networks restore.
Also 5G icon would be visible when it wishes to.
If you are at home and in wifi ,total denial to 5G icon display.Atleast when network bars are visible what was the harm showing you are in 5G at same time.
Second thing suppose i go out of wifi and switch to mobile network,I see 5G icon but not till very long.
To sum up,your third grade promoted and explored exynos processor is not only a disgrace to performance, but even in department of network ,its a dark shadow. You are in today date trying to make an optimum use of exynos processor by launching new mobiles under 15k,but i bet the things will bounce back on you. Please no exynos no..do you really need rallies by users now that we dont want exynos ??

I frankly purchased a samsung phone as it had silent call recording.Using these phone M33 5G ,F23 5G in family and desparately counting days so that i can part off at some what no loss situation.Today multiple brands are there now with inbuilt silent call recording. In 9 months, situation is F23 5G needs two time recharging without putting any processing overheads.
Atleast these smartphone makers must keep provisions for refunds and replacement. As a user it feels daily killing yourself.
