Downloaded file not show.

Hi.

My phone M21.

When I download some document from website specially railway ticket ,they can't show in my files folder. What happen? Hidden file icon already open.

IT WILL SHOW IN DOWNLOAD FOLDER IN INTERNAL STORAGE
SEE IN THIS IMAGE !

Download folder empty.

Check sd card too.(If present)
Or search using filters on my files.

How? Factory Reset?

NO NEED TO FACTORY RESET !

SETTINGS > APPS >MY FILES > STORAGE > CLEAR DATA AND CACHE

NOW RESTART(REBOOT) YOUR DEVICE ONCE AND CHECK AGAIN
STILL PROBLEM??
