I had Reset my phone (M31)(factory reset)

After reset.Initial it asked me to accept these.I had to accept all those. No other option.Don't know why ,but I got 1.05gb of apps and 1.48gb of others. Where did these come from?

Hello guys!Why did Samsung go for beta version of UI 4 for M31? Usually mid range mobiles get stable update directly, but that's not the case this time. Dou you guys know the reason?
