Issue with app permissions

Sometimes I get such toasts

When I tried to open an app from playstore.

I have checked if any other apps are running, but I found none. 

And another major issue is that 'I couldn't give permissions like access to contacts...' to any app during such toasts notifications. 

And about my mobile:

 I didn't update my mobile since long. 

But that can't be a reason since I never faced such issues before.

Uninstall suspicious apps and try backing up your data and resetting your phone as this is a clear sign of a virus.

But does creating a backup carry virus again when I restore?

Once perform reset apps preferences

Settings>apps>click 3 dots at top right corner>select reset apps preferences
