Check whether you can access those files from chrome>downloads... By default the downloads are located into a hidden system folder within 'Android' folder (I don't know why those files can't be seen, I could access those folders from my previous Asus Zenfone)... However change it to a different location, create a new folder and better choose sd card if you have one.. If not still resolved, clear chrome cache from.. settings>apps>chrome>storage>clear cache
