Cannot see files in Telegram Folder but Shows Downloaded in the Application

Files like images and videos downloaded in Telegram App but all folders showing 0 files in the file manager Telegram Folder.

Where are all files going please can someone help how to locate files ?

Now you can't see them if want them in gallery you need to save them, 🤣 I was also confused thought it was deleted but after some research I found this, from now it will be save as cache files

It's bcz of new Google privacy policy all android 11 mobiles have this

Bro don't you think, in term of privacy they're s.c.r.e.wing everything. Even from file manager we don't have access to android subfolder.

How come people always blame Sammy for this?
Telegram is a 3rd party app Sammy has nothing to do with it.
Yes there is a solution uninstall the app and download the previous version which don't save your download file as cache.
