Can't check my 2nd sim phone number message

The problem is that I have 2 sits on my mobile my first phone number is 7*******30 and second phone number is 7*******2 what i mean is 

Sim 1 = Ph number 7********2

Sim 2 = Ph number 7********0

I can view message of Sim 2 number 7******0 bur can't see messages of my Sim 1 number 7*********2

WHY SO PLS HELP ME

Try to exchange the position of 2 sims and again check
If still it is not detecting second sim or sim card is dead

So that it can be found out that it is the sim card problem or mobile problem.



If it is mobile problem then factory reset device after taking backup
