M11 battery problem after latest software update

After update latest software battery charger vertical slow... 

I have same charger which is provided by the co.. when I have raised the issue samsung is trying to run away from the issue...

They are saying true caller is taking your battery but my concern is that it was in phone since I have brought now suddenly it crate problem

What rubbish answer...
