I am writing to bring to your attention a significant issue affecting my Samsung Galaxy M52 5G, as well as many other users. Recently, a green line appeared on my phone’s screen, which has severely impacted the viewing experience. My phone is otherwise in perfect condition, and this issue seems to be a result of a software glitch rather than any physical damage.

I have come across multiple reports and articles highlighting this widespread problem. Given that this issue is due to a software malfunction, I believe it is only fair that Samsung addresses it without any cost to the users.

Report: Samsung phones are developing a green line issue after software updates (Updated) - Android Authority

When did you update your phone and since when you're facing this issue?

I keep my phone updated with latest software provided by server for the phone.
I received the last update on 12th June 2024
And this arises in last week of August

Same issue in my m52 5g as well. It started in july after 2 days of updating. Service center asked to pay 7800 rupess. Really frustrated from Samsung.

Guys u should file a suit in consumer court, i think it will be only solution for all the users.
