Hello people, pl help

There is a serious problem in this device when I use WhatsApp. I HV reinstall it multiple times. But still.... whenever I want to use an emoji, gif in chat ...the whole chat window shifts all the way up...so much so that m not able to see what m typing or which emoji is used. It's irritating coz emoji n gif is used frequently...n I am tired of it. Please see the attached screenshot.

Thanks for helping. Yes I did..but nothing happened

1. Reboot phone
2. Update all the apps and software
3. Clean the cache of each and every app (installed & system apps)
