Can't exchange Samsung's own phone for S24 Ultra on Samsung.com

Hello Guys ! 

I would like to draw all of your attention towards a hypocrisy of Samsung. I am the owner of Galaxy M32 but I want to switch to Galaxy S24 Ultra, the top range phone samsung has built. I am getting 6k exchange bonus on my current phone. So I applied for exchange. But what message it's showing is IMEI does not match with selected brand and model. I purchased Samsung device because it provides better exchange bonuses on its devices.
