Galaxy MDon't clear RAM from device care, instead close all the apps from the background which are not needed. And don't install any other app for clearing RAM as well as temporary files. Even temporary files should not be considered as junk until and unless it is atleast one month old.
Try using wifi instead of mobile data if possible, and try using single sim in one device (specially for this M30s) if possible.
