hiding photos, files , videos and docs

Hi.

I have Samsung M30s. And i have several docs and files, photos need to be hidden from my friends who take my phone and go through these.

I have s secure. But it only locks apps or mask apps.

So how can i hide selected photos, videos from gallery and files and docs from file manager.

S secure is only possible(official)way..or if you are ok with some third party apps, then try to search on Google.. like Norton app lock and so on(but personally, I won't suggest you to download any 3rd party apps)

You can create separate album to hide your important pics and then hide that album...(but it's not that effective)..👍

thanks for your comment. I have tried through creating album. its wotking but during unhide its not asking for any password. so any one uses samsung knows the trick and can unhide any time and hide it again. Is there any other way or to add password protection to hidden folder and what about doc files how to hide that.

Secure folder is there..but your device doesn't support it(as M series lacks knox security feature..)

I personally use Secure Folder from Samsung on my Galaxy Note8
It's really very secure and gets ur job done

just make a folder in files app
and give it a name which starts with .(dot)
for example ::: .folder
and put all files which you want to hide in that folder.😊
