Hey Samsung Members,
I’ve been facing a noticeable battery drain issue on my Samsung M35 recently. Even with very simple usage like browsing, calling, and light messaging, the battery backup is only lasting about 5 to 6 hours, which is far less than expected. I’ve already tried common fixes like reducing brightness, turning off background apps, and disabling unnecessary features, but nothing seems to improve the situation.

Has anyone else encountered this issue with their M35? Could this be related to a recent software update, or might it be a hardware problem? I’d really appreciate any suggestions or solutions from the community. Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi, I previously raised my concern about my Samsung device's battery backup issue. Today, I used my phone for only 3 hours, but the battery dropped from 80% to 20%, which is a huge drain. During this time, I didn't perform any heavy tasks—just made calls and used some social media apps like Facebook and WhatsApp. Despite following suggestions like reducing the refresh rate to 60Hz, using dark mode, and applying a black wallpaper, the battery drain still hasn't improved. Could you please provide further assistance?
