I am using samsung galaxy M31s mobile , from last one week it is getting freezed for 5 seconds and then it restarts automatically. This happens the whole day minimum for 20 times.
Is there any solution for this. Or Samsung products are not good to use.
I have done reset settings, have kept the phone in safe mode but no solution.
If some one can help me let me know.

Take your device to an authorized Samsung service center and get the motherboard replaced. It will be done for free since it is a well known issue at this point.

I spoke to customer care but they didn't told me any thing about motherboard or it will be done free at service center. Is it true that is will be done free of cost.

Samsung has started providing FOC repairs, but that will only be applicable if the device doesn't have water damage, or physical damage. This is a well known issue and the brand is at fault, so...
Wonder why Samsung hasn't said anything regarding this.

Just contact your nearest authorized service center and tell them about this issue and how Samsung has started giving FOC repairs, they will repair it for free.
