I am using samsung galaxy M31s mobile , from last one week it is getting freezed for 5 seconds and then it restarts automatically. This happens the whole day minimum for 20 times.Is there any solution for this. Or Samsung products are not good to us...
I spoke to customer care but they didn't told me any thing about motherboard or it will be done free at service center. Is it true that is will be done free of cost.
