After I tried updating the Google Play System from Settings, it shows 'installing your updates' for a while, then the 'Restart now' button pops up with the message 'Restart now to complete your updates' written above it. But later down the line, after the device restarts, it turns right back around and asks to download that very same update again. I've given it two shots, and both times it’s the same old story – back to square one." What have to do now?
