Go to the Samsung customer service and ask them to install the update on your phone, that's what I did.

That changes nothing, it's a problem with most of m14 phones.

It already did, in June maybe, if your phone didn't get the update, you must go to the Samsung customer service,tell them to install it in your phone

This m14 4g, anyone who bought it after May 24 is having this problem. And Samsung really doesn't give a F about it. It's really frustrating

Ever heard of Samsung customer service? Go to their office and tell them to install the update! They won't charge you anything.
