Auto restart problem

Guys for past 3 days my mobile is hanging and automatically restarting I even tried factory data reset, it even restarted at setup (after doing factory data reset).

It is happening when I do multiple tasks at the same time or while gaming.

What problem could it be, what do you guys think?
