Incoming call issue

Incoming call issue problem when I receive call then not received incoming call but it receive a very delay so how to solve this problem.

My model is m14 5g

Please reset your call settings to reset to default settings , This will help you to get out of the problem. Please accept the solution if it is really helpful to you.

But where I find this reset to default

Go to the phone settings > Supplementry Services> Call waiting here you can turn it off or on as per your need.
