I am using samsung m52 5g , it is facing network connectivity issue form past 5 months , my device is dual sim device , when switch to internet data on no internet is working, i tried on both sim card but it doesn't work though my internet is on, and maximum times internet bar is not showing, it showing cross mark in the circle that is no internet, some time call also not connecting, no sms service, no call service no incoming and outgoing but when i tap off on any single sim, then it is working, I visited service centre on August , they told me, it need softower update, i paid for that , after the update same issue is facing, after that again i take to the engineer of service centre, he open the device and philysically check, but my problem is not yet solved, hey #samsung, # Samsung mobile please do the needful...

Please reset network setting of both Sim one by one and than reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time, restart your's device without any Sim in slots, interchange Sim in slots, turn off power saving mode then try to it's again. Same issue with Samsung M34 5g. Worst sim manager used in samsung. Why the other sim impacting the internet active sim. Such an annoying thing samsung did. This is hybrid device and I'm using 2 sims on it. Facing internet dropping and call dropping issue every 2 mins after recent software update. I tried all the things u mentioned. Simply waste.

Green line issue is a samsung scam. I had facing this issue after update .but his **bleep** customer support said that we have to pay. Why we dhould pay fot this problem if this issue is from their side. His escalation team **bleep** they said that submit your phone in service center and we will see ,after 15 days they said u have to pay.
I asked them to provide the written .but no one replied my mail.
They are saying that he is ceo of this company. We cannot esclate our issue in top management.

Better to buy any Chinese phone but donot buy cheap level SAMSUNG phone. PHONE.
