Auto restart issue

Hi,I am facing problem with auto restart after updating software.Service Engineer updated software by taking ₹240 but still problem exists.Now he is  saying that need to change mother board.For that he asked me to pay ₹6000 for ₹13000 mobile in 13 months.Any solution?

You can extend Samsung warranty by buying it online and it will cost you less. And when your phone will be under warranty they won't charge you for any service.

Go to recovery (Firstly, push Volume Down and Power buttons for a couple of seconds. Then start pressing Volume Up and Power keys for a few seconds. When the SAMSUNG Galaxy M31 logo appears let go of all buttons. Perfect! Your phone will be in Recovery Mode. In this mode navigate by using Volume buttons and confirm with the Power key).

Clear cache.

Restart.

Hope this fixes the issue!

Hey if you're still facing issue with auto restart, kindly contact the customer care or turn out to the feedback section and raise an error report.

 

Kindly follow the steps as below:

 

 Log in Samsung Members app > Click “+ button” at the bottom right > Click “Send feedback” > Click “Error reports” > Add detail of the issue and attach the system log data (click checkbox)

 

*When you abstract the log file. Please check off the pop-up message: log file delivered
