The problem started for me after a month almost after updating my device to Android 10. My battery backup was reduced a little bit. But my charging speed has decreased drastically. Can be seen clearly from the ss, it's charging only 15% in almost an hour.
Beside this problem of ghost-tapping occurs and than it is solved only after my device has restarted.
Was my first Samsung mobile and everything was good until this update. Fast-charging is now just a name now. Samsung Team should really look after this and should release a software update as it can be made clear now after every device facing same problem that it has happened due to the update only.

Galaxy MAb toh sirf umeed hai agle update se hee. Beshak mobile Acha hai lekin update jaldi roll out ke chakkar main sabki halat kharab Kar Dee.
2 mahine ho Gaye hai aur abhi bhee theek nhn kiye bugs

Galaxy M1. बैटरी चार्जिंग/ डिस्चार्ज की समस्या ।
2.ओवर हीटिंग।
3. हैंगिंग की समस्या।
4. GPS की समस्या।
5. नेविगेशन की समस्या।
6. 48 मेगापिक्सल मोड़ में फ़्लैश काम नहीं करती।
7. एप्पलीकेशन फ्रीज़ हो जाती है।
सर्विस सेंटर कुछ नहीं कर सकता। सबसे घटिया फोन है M series के। मत लेना।

Galaxy MAll are facing same problem and it's pathetic from Samsung team to not roll out a update after 2 months even after so much bugs.

Please be assured and to resolve this issue kindly follow the given below steps:
1) Safe mode:-Power off the device > Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device > When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key.
Note :-To exit safe mode restart the device .
2)Check charger functionality:-Request you to check the charger functionality with a different device or try to charge the same device with a different charger.
3)Reset the device: -Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
Tap on Settings>Tap on General Management>Tap on Reset.
If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.

Galaxy MAll the steps written here, I have followed them but nothing is a permanent solution. The one which works is the Safe Mode one and for that we need to restart our device and than again restart to off the Safe Mode.
All of us want Permanent solution instead of a temporary one.
