Hello, fellow Samsung members. It's been nearly a year since I bought my Samsung Galaxy M14 5G phone, but due to some circumstances, parental controls were enabled in my phone. After some time i tried to install secure folder in my phone, but, it showed 'if this keeps happening, contact customer service', and when I did, they said due to some technical issues Samsung had disabled this function. They also said to post this issue in the samsung members app, so that there might be chances for the developers to view and reply for the issue posted.

So, i plead for someone to give me a reasonable and satisfying answer for my problem and what might be the technical issue that was told by the customer service people...

It's clear that Samsung won't deliver this option to their low budget phones. It's the real fact that Samsung give smart and accha features only to their high end phones. I'm using a budget phone (f34 5g). And here as usual Samsung not giving me many features like their high end phones. They are ideal for their rich users. No satisfactory position like u and me

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

To attach the log file: Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
