5G network always change to 4G

I had bought M14 5G, in the name of 5G but despite the 5G network being good in my area , my device goes to 4G network again and again.

My have to take daily online class for my studies, whenever the network switches to 4G, I have to stop the class and then watch it when it comes back to 5G. This causes me a lot of problem.

I had taken this phone for 5G, if it will change from 5G to 4G again and again then what is the use of my phone. 

This phone was sold saying that it has 13 bands of 5G so that 5G will work well but here the 5G network always becomes 4G.

1. Try this solution but few people are having issues with calls but your experience may vary.

2. If your phone is on power saver mode then 5g will be stopped, you can disable that in the power saver menu, see screenshot.

3. Check with your network provider for any other possible solution.

S21 ultra and s22 ultra both have same problem after use 2 min network loss and got 4g .....after small heat network 4g ...can't use 5g in samsung 1000$ device they make fool us .....i loss 2000$ on samsung mobile and use 5g in 50$ mobile working awesome but samsung .......network drop to 4g ....every 2 _4 min .....need AC ROOM ONLY FOR USE 5G IN SAMSUNG ....
