is your phone J7 ? anyways the problem is due to bigger apps running in background .
go to settings - app- all apps sort it by size and u ll see the biggest size app may be using 11gb or 5gb or 3gb if u dont want to uninstall it at first than force stop it and check your phone. the problem must be solved.
