gallery problem

Downloaded files not showing in gallery in my J7 Max. I delete .nomedia folder from internal memory as well as from external memory but every time it appears automatically and the problem remains. I have recently done factory data reset. I have restarted my phone but problem remains. I have uninstalled gallery updates and reinstall it but still facing problem. what should I do?

when I download an image through samsung internet browser the image shows in gallery but when I download it direcly through google it doesn't show in gallery.

If you have the solution, show me please!!

Please refer to my shared note Title " Samsung Cloud" dated 15.04.18.I face problem of Gallery. NO alternative but to delete all photo from cloud. Gallary is appears to be Erroneous and Half Cooked application.
