Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

* Check network operator settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.

Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).

hi

 

I have tried the above setting and still my phone will not connect to 4G+ network whereas before the update my phone was connecting to 4G+ network and now it is just on H or H+ all the time.

 

i have called my service provider and they have tried resetting the 4G service from their end and still the problem persists.

 

please help.
