I have a Samsung Galaxy J5 J500M phone. My phone provider, Tracfone, has notified me saying:

"Your phone and SIM card no longer work on the network." "However you still have time to complete the necessary upgrade to a Voice Over LTE (VoLTE) compatible phone and SIM card. However, it is crucial that you upgrade to a VoLTE-ready phone and SIM card to continue your service with Tracfone. We are offering you a FREE phone and SIM card to help you get VoLTE-ready. Don’t put this off any longer. Act now to claim your free, necessary upgrade."

Is my phone really not VoLTE compatible or is it a SIM card problem? Could you please explain.

From which country you are

And as per Information available to Google j5 supports volte
And i think this is a spam message no service provider will gift you a free phone
