 hi,

samsung member team i have been using j7 nxt device since 2018 it work properly few days before i get samsung member app i get all test and on pop unusual software update in the device i visited the service center and update the device btu same pop shows in m\samsung memebr app now i face the battery drainage issue i am unable to detect whats the problem also service center says update again software so whats the solution is for that i am very fade up with this message also network issue in device no work properly . i shared the screen shot also.
please help me out.

Bro this happens because Samsung Members app (new version) try to find One UI 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 but J7 has experience UI so it doesn't recognise!

I have been used this j7 nxt from 10 years I have no issues and I got one ui 2 update it is so nice I love it I love my phone a lot ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
