Automatically Switch off

My J7 NXT automatically gets switch off almost every hour.

Plss anyone tell how to repair it.

I can't use any device with their official os. I have installed more than 13 os in my j7

I think that you have a setting auto restart

yes, in samsung devices there is a option that it will restart if you are not using to refresh the device, not if it's only happening when device is not in use.

My Samsung J7 Nxt which is more than 4 years of good service is facing suddenly switched off and switch on automatically repeatedly. Kindly help to solve this issue
