Automatically Switch off

My J7 NXT automatically gets switch off almost every hour.

Plss anyone tell how to repair it.

is your device contains device care. search for any app crash found. if any app crash found,uninstall that app.

use your device in safe mode for 2 to 3 hours. if your device switch off in safe mode, contact Samsung service center. if your device is normal this was happening by an installed apps.

my j7 nxt also have some battery problems

or
don't use your phone till totally discharge
keep your phone at least 30% charged always

Hi there,
kindly check your apps from the setting and see if there is spam app usually that is the reason for switching off or either way your motherboard calibration with battery is no longer correct which basically means your battery life is getting over and replacement is required,
i suggest try to backup the data and give it a clean format once,
if problem still arises go to nearest service center and get your battery replaced it'll help!!!
