Galaxy FoldWe apologize for the issue you are experiencing. Please follow these steps to help resolve it:
Step 1: Boot your device in Safe Mode. This will disable any third-party applications and allow the device to run solely on the standard Android OS. This step helps determine if any apps are interfering with your device’s performance.
Step 2: Check your device's optimization and clean the memory. You can do this by navigating to Device care in your settings, where you can optimize your device and free up memory.
Step 3: Perform a Factory Data Reset. Please note that this will erase ALL DATA from your device and restore it to its default factory settings, as if you were starting fresh.
Step 4: Raise this as an error report:
Launch the Samsung Members app.
Tap on Support.
Scroll down and select Send feedback.
Tap the pen button and select Error reports.
