Network problem in F23

Is it only me or everyone is having problem regarding network the internet is slow sometimes it take 10 to 20 minutes to open youtube and sometimes the VOLTE is gone for some seconds????currently I'm using jio

Yes I am facing same problem in f23 after one ui 5.0 update wifi no internet showing and range is too low of wifi 😡and internet sometime not working and slow down too
