Customer care service centre you have in VIP road Zirakpur named as Shivalik venture does not even have internet connection for updating phones and they have stubborn staff wants to wash away all your applications phone Samsung Galaxy A21 I just bought it 20 days back they are not replacing it not even considering hardware fault I have been experiencing since was le that whenever I connect wired headphones with mobile and please any video it reboots. Panorama camera is not working left side of touch is not fast working

u definitely need to complain against it, call to Samsung care and ask them ur problem, tell them all the details like when u go and what they did, after that request them to replace it Samsungs concern team is so polite they will definitely lessen ur point, and resolve ur problem,
