I recharged my Jio number on 28 July 2024 through Samsung Wallet. My money was debited from my account but the recharge was not completed and I have not received my money back yet. I have kept the transaction ID and lodged a complaint but I was told that the problem will be resolved in 4 days but nothing has happened yet. Samsung Wallet customer care behaves very poorly. Samsung does not have any team that can complain about the customer's problem on higher escalation. So that if any customer has any kind of problem, he can complain to the higher escalation desk team. This is unfortunate. I will not buy Samsung device again and will not use Samsung Wallet either.
