A54 Smart View Wallet Cover not working

Hi,
My Samsung A54 Smart view wallet case stop working overnight. On closing the flip cover, it is neither putting the display off, nor there is any smart view through smart view window. It is completely blank.
In setting "Cover Display" option disappeared.
Software is updated to latest patch with 1 May 2023 security update.
Service center is suggesting a factory reset, which I am reluctant, as it took several hours to complete installation of all Apps and it's tuning.

Advise any other suggestions.
