There's always distortion/cut-out of sounds while playing medias on my phone through wireless bluetooth speakers and headphones. How do I resolve this?

Galaxy A
what is the model of ur speaker/headphones?
what's the model if ur phone?
is your speaker equipped with Bluetooth 5? what is the wireless range mentioned by the headphone/speaker manufacturer?
To make it simple, keep the phone and speaker next to each other,if u can listen to music without any distortion then the issue is related to the wireless connectivity between ur phone and headphone
