please listen to the attached sound clip...muffling, distorting sound during calls on my galaxy a5 2017 duos (a sm520f). sound also looks like it is echoing on the other side.mainly my sound is muffling at the other side, the other end claims after a while that they can not hear me anymore....please help...
ps: all possible things have been done for example vacuum cleaning of the mics, debris removing,safe mode, factory reset, cache wipe etc etc. and also the personalization of sound system, etc. the mic holes are clear and open, not any obstacle on it (free from any screen protector, back cover, etc) I tried a different sim card but no use. either a new one. I also tried a different operator but unfortunately. nothing seems to be usefull. Either the service could not find out.
