I recommend you to do a hard reset perfectly....all problem of your device solved...beleve me...actually we didn't perform perfect reset...here is the procedure...but before that please keep your file backup

after doing this, let your device open then when it switches on...instantly switch off your device and bring factory mood.....reset again from there....reboot your device...50000000% all problem will solved along with battery backup
